HAPPINESS...

.
... in my life right now is when my son finds a small avocado tree from a seed he planted maybe half a year ago. He moves it to a better place with more sun and not in the "bicycle parking". He digs a large hole to give him new fresh soil and arrange so nicely with stones and a wall of sand.

EIN HOD

.
Ein Hod in the Carmiel mountain is such a beautiful village. I went there with Noa (my cousin.. or actually Yarons, but also mine..:).. right Noa?!) to look at the yearly art exhibition when all the artists in the village, and there is a lot, open their studios. Unfortunately it was struck by the huge fire this winter, most parts of the village were actually saved, but some weren't.

BONFIRE IN KARKUR

.
We went to the Magals family (our aunt, uncle and cousins) to make a bonfire. There is something magical about fire, I think no matter the age it thrilling as well as calming to watch the fire and hear the sparkles. When we were kids we used to make a special dough to spin around a stick and bake over the fire (pinnbröd), it always turned out black.. but always so tasty. So I found the recipe on internet and tried it for Noam and Alma. At the end I think the grownups enjoyed it the most..:).

mmm BREAKFAST

.

Noam, Alma and I love breakfast. Yaron is more of a cookie and coffee type, but I don't allow cookies in the morning, poor guy married a Swedish woman... "Fukost" is one of the first words we hear from Alma in the morning, pointing with her little finger for the kitchen, and her next word is "kaviar". There is no breakfast in this house without kalles kaviar (how cool you can even read about it on wikepedia, kalles kaviar). Home baked bread and kalles kaviar, almost like in Sweden...
